Celia made her first trip to the USA last year to celebrate 11/11/11 in New York City. This year Celia will return to NYC with Rosa to open and align the 12:12:12 Star Gate and inaugurate the brand new 13:13 Celestial Earth Gateway with Divine Feminine Ophiuchus energy.

The Zenith of the sky over New York at 12:12 PM on 12-12-2012 will be Constellation Hercules in exact alignment with Alpha Ophiuchus, Rasalhague.

That’s probably enough for some people right there. But wait. There’s more!
The Sun will begin coming into its annual alignment with Rasalhague beginning December 12. The Moon will be there too, entering Ophiuchus on December 12 and exiting on the 13th — attuning both of the Gates to Solar and Lunar Ophiuchus frequencies on their exact Gate Dates.
High expectations
There is a phrase, “nothing new under the Sun.” But I am here to tell you there is something new under the Sun. And I don’t mean just Constellation Ophiuchus. I mean the power of the Sun in relation to Constellation Ophiuchus.
The Solar transits of Constellation Ophiuchus have been exciting to watch over recent years. Here are a few of my favorite Sun-Ophiuchus stories to help get us excited about the prospects for Ophiuchus in 2012 in general.

- Gateway 13:13 was brought into the Solar System last month by history-making 2011/C W3, Ophiuchus Sungrazer Comet Lovejoy which shocked and amazed all the solar and astrophysicists when it defied the odds and survived its close encounter with the Sun on December 14 — Sun in exact alignment with Alpha Ophiuchus. The reason why it was able to warp around the Sun unscathed is that the Sun drew in its energy field just as the Sungrazer was passing by.

Now add to these demonstrations the fact that on December 12 and 13, 2012 as the Sun is transiting Constellation Ophiuchus and aligning with its Alpha star, Divine Feminine Solar Ophiuchus Celia Fenn will be at the center of our Circle in New York City, a Planetary and USA Power City, and hopefully you will begin to get the Light idea.

13:13 Gateway Opening at NYC
The Zenith over New York at 13:00 on 12-13-2012 will be Constellation Lyra in exact alignment with Alpha Lyra, Vega.
Let me give you an idea of what the energy potential is as we open and anchor the new 13:13 Gateway using the alignment date and time offered to us by the Living Light of the Celestial Sphere itself.
USA intentionally birthed & aligned with the Stars
The original architects of the USA’s charter documents were Master Freemasons. Vega is one of the stars in particular that the Master Architects and Builders used to align the USA’s power cities, streets and monuments.
Thomas Jefferson’s famous Monticello was particularly aligned to constellation Lyra and its Alpha star Vega. I will publish alignment maps in a future article as we get closer to the dates.
New York, New York
The July 4 date on which the Declaration of Independence was signed made the USA a Gemini nation both in Sidereal Astrology and in the true sky.
Gemini is the sign of The Brotherhood. Our “red states and blue states”, the two-party political system and other characteristics of this Nation all bear out this theme.
New York, New York used to be the home of the Twin Towers. Now it’s host to two dents in the ground. Either way, it’s a Twin code.

Freedom is a colossal bronze standing figure 19½-feet (6 meters) tall and weighing approximately 15,000 pounds (6,800 kg). Her crest peaks at 288 feet (88 meters) above the east front plaza of the U.S. Capitol. She is a female allegorical figure whose right hand holds the hilt of a sheathed sword while a laurel wreath of victory and the Shield of the United States are clasped in her left hand. The heraldic shield is the same as in the Great Seal of the United States, with thirteen stripes, except that the chief has stars (again, thirteen). Her chiton is secured by a brooch inscribed “U.S.” and is partially covered by a heavy, Native American-style fringed blanket thrown over her left shoulder. She faces east towards the main entrance of the building because that was the original main entrance to the U.S. Capitol building. She wears a military helmet adorned with stars and an eagle’s head which is itself crowned by an umbrella-like crest of feathers. Freedom stands atop a cast-iron globe encircled with one of the national mottoes, E pluribus unum. The lower part of the base is decorated with fasces and wreaths. Ten bronze points tipped with platinum are attached to her headdress, shoulders, and shield for protection from lightning.
Design
A monumental statue for the top of the national Capitol appeared in architect Thomas U. Walter’s original drawing for the new cast-iron dome, which was authorized in 1855. Walter’s drawing showed the outline of a statue representing the goddess Liberty; Crawford proposed an allegorical figure of Freedom Triumphant in War and Peace.
Crawford was commissioned to design the Statue of Freedom in 1854 and executed the plaster model for the statue in his studio in Rome. Mississippi Senator and Secretary of War Jefferson Davis (who would later become President of the Confederacy) was in charge of the Capitol construction and its decorations. According to David Hackett Fischer in his book Liberty and Freedom, Crawford’s statue was…
…very close to Jefferson Davis’s ideas in every way but one…. Above the crown he [had] added a liberty cap, the old Roman symbol of an emancipated slave. It seemed a direct affront to a militant slaveholder, and Jefferson Davis exploded with rage. The northern sculptor and the southern slaveholder had already clashed over a liberty cap in the interior decoration of the Capitol.
Davis sent his aide, Captain Montgomery Meigs, with orders to remove the cap, saying that “its history renders it inappropriate to a people who were born free and would not be enslaved”. A military helmet, with an American eagle head and crest of feathers, replaced the cap in the sculpture’s final version. (Today many casual observers take the statue, with its eagle and feathers, to be an American Indian.)

Introducing Rosa
Rosa is not an ancient Skull, she is modern day artefact from the workshop of Master Skull Carver, Raven in the USA. She is carved from Rose Quartz from the Black Hills of South Dakota. This gives her a close connection to the Native American Sacred energies of the Lakota.
Rosa came to me several years ago. I met her first in a dream, and I knew that she would come to me and that she was meant to work with me! She told me that her name was “Rosa”. I began looking. I knew that she was a fair sized Skull and since I live in South Africa where Crystal Skulls are not common, I wondered how she would come to me!

I started to write to people who knew Skulls and described her as I had seen her. Several people sent me pictures that were close, but just not “her”. Then, I was looking at some images of Skulls by Raven and saw one that was very close, but was much smaller. I wrote to his partner, Ravenia, explaining my dream and asked her if she had anything else. She said she would look, and a few days later sent me an image of a Skull that she felt wanted to work with me. It was Her!
I was thrilled to have found her, I knew her the moment I saw her. She was just exactly as I had seen her in my dream! Like all of Raven’s work, Rosa is exquistely made with fine workmanship and carving.
At that stage, I was struggling financially and I had no idea how I was going to afford her. Ravenia kindly offered to exchange her for a channel with Archangel Michael, and my beautiful Skull came to me. I was so grateful!
I still remember when she arrived and I opened the box and felt her powerful energy as we merged our energies. I had expected to start working with her right away, but it was not to be. For several years she sat on my altar, waiting for the right time. When I started to travel I did consider taking her with me, but she always declined politely.
Now, however, at the Solar Eclipse in July and the activation of the “Rose Line” energies in 2011…Rosa has come online. She is ready to work with me in the Sacred Spiral of Cosmic Wisdom and the Circle of Power.
At this time, Rosa’s primary work is to hold the energy of the Cosmic Wisdom Spiral for Groups of People and to transmit Cosmic Light Codes and Information.

The secret of the 13th zodiac constellation
There has been a lot of conjecture as to why Ophiuchus is just now showing up and where it came from. Here is a brief overview of another perspective, a mystery tradition that has been carried forward by the Occultists.

NYC 12/12/2012: THE place to be!
Supporting the NYC 12:12:12 and 13:13 events from wherever you are will also further completion of the Eagle-Condor Prophecy as we flood the ethers with Serpent and Eagle energy to transmute the Scorpion once and for all.
It is in the transformation of the scorpion nature of man and in particular the United States of America into the lofty Eagle that the Eagle-Condor Prophecy will be brought to fulfillment on Earth. So for those of you in South and Central America and El Mexico, you will want to participate in this too.
Rumor has it I will be there too — and (crossing my fingers) Eric Kors Vidsiunas, Ph.D., my dearest longtime Ophiuchus friend and co-lightworker, a Biochemist from São Paulo, Brazil.
That is the plan that is in the works. I will be bringing USA-Mexico border energies up from San Diego, California. I’ll see who else on my Team wants to come with me.
