Three Days in June 2012: Partial Eclipse, Venus Transit

Leading up to the long-awaited 2012 Venus Transit is the June 4 Partial Lunar Eclipse. One guess where the Moon will be on this occasion.

Ophiuchus is a Serpent Holder. It is reptile-friendly. Don’t expect this report to be Rainbow & Unicorn Grade. It may be a bit of a rough read if what you’re reaching for is a feel-good inspirational piece, although there is a happy ending in sight.

Partial Lunar Eclipse of June 04

Venus Transit 2004

The first lunar eclipse of 2012 occurs at the Moon’s ascending node in southern Ophiuchus about 6° northeast of Antares. It is best seen from locations in and near the Pacific Ocean.

Most of the Americas will experience moonset before the eclipse ends while eastern Asia will miss the beginning of the eclipse because it occurs before moonrise.

The Moon’s contact times with Earth’s shadows are:

• Penumbral Eclipse Begins: 08:48:09 UT
• Partial Eclipse Begins: 09:59:53 UT
• Greatest Eclipse: 11:03:13 UT
• Partial Eclipse Ends: 12:06:30 UT
• Penumbral Eclipse Ends: 13:18:17 UT

At the instant of greatest eclipse the Moon will be at the zenith for observers in the South Pacific (Figure 3). In spite of the fact that just a third of the Moon enters the umbral shadow, the partial phase still lasts over 2 hours.

Moon at Ascending Lunar Node in Constellation Ophiuchus

Sticking with our practice of reading global events with a UT time from Stonehenge, we find the Full Moon is in Constellation Ophiuchus. The Serpent Holder is standing outside the Sacred Circle for a change.

Constellation Ophiuchus has been a leading Zodiac Circle figure acting on mass consciousness from Stonehenge at every major celestial event since January 2011 when a deluge of information about this so-called 13th Zodiac constellation was released by all major network news organs including television, newspapers, radio and the Internet. It has also factored prominently in a plethora of global events such as high profile crop circles, solar activity, close comet and asteroid approaches, and seismic disturbances.

Hence the absence of Ophiuchus from the Sacred Circle is as meaningful an element of the June 4 Partial Lunar Eclipse story as its predominating presence has been since its introduction into consciousness (“public disclosure”) via mainstream media.

Pictured above, Ophiuchus has left the Sacred Circle at Stonehenge. The Moon is beginning to cross the Ecliptic Plane from South to North (North Lunar Node aka the Dragon’s Head).

Looks like the gloves are off. We’re in the Zodiac Dragon zone. It’s time for some serious Star Shaman work in which Constellation Ophiuchus will again take a leading role.

The Energy Building up to the Eclipse

The Ophiuchus Moon will reach and cross the Ascending Nodal point in Constellation Ophiuchus just as the very last of Serpens Caput and the Serpent Holder constellation are setting in the West, hours prior to the Eclipse.

We also observe from the screen capture above that just prior to crossing the Nodal point the Moon has aligned with Alpha Scorpius. As the Moon reaches the Dragon’s Head position she is separating from the Antares alignment but due to the fact that the Moon, Antares and the Lunar Nodes generate maximum power in our Solar System, the energy from the Antares alignment is still quite strong as the Moon crosses the Ecliptic Plane at the North Node. The amount of power we’re talking about accumulates as the minutes pass, carrying the aggregated energy field all the way through the Eclipse sequence.

The Moon is often referred to in occult work as a Dragon. Antares (Alpha Scorpius) amplified by the Moon and North Lunar Node is generating an enormous amount of red energy. Remember the planetary intelligence working through constellation Scorpius is Mars, the “red planet.”

Maybe it’s a good thing this energy is not being introduced into the Stonehenge Circle. Can you imagine what might physically manifest there with or without people inside the Circle to vibrate the names of power? Yikes!

“Ecliptic Conjunction”

According to Figure 3 of the NASA report the “Ecliptic Conjunction” part of the Eclipse occurs at 11:11:33.2 UT. I chose this as my Time to sample the Eclipse energy for reasons that should be obvious to most people reading this article. Note also, I have not made a time correction for Daylight Saving Time. Uncorrected UT time gave me the best celestial sphere conversation so that’s what I’m using.

From Stonehenge, the Sun will be in Constellation Taurus, fairly high in the sky. The Zenith of the sky is in Constellation Perseus (the Hero or Rescuer). You may recognize this constellation as having been featured in the Annular Solar Eclipse on May 20-21 when Perseus was at Zenith aligned with the Sun, Moon and The Pleiades. The Annular Eclipse also leaned very heavily on the celestial elements tasked with completing the Scorpion-Eagle Prophecy.

This time the Zenith will be aligned with Alpha Taurus (Aldebaran, the Eye of the Bull), a star that is counterbalanced on the other side of the Zodiac Circle by Alpha Scorpius (Antares) — or Ophiuchus’s Southern Serpent of Wisdom, depending on whether our perception of cosmic life on this planet has come any closer to fulfilling the Scorpion-Eagle Prophecy.

Charging Bull on Wall Street, New York

According to tradition, the Eye of the Bull, a red giant star just like Antares, has two interpretations. It can be Red (as in “look out for the charging bull!”) or Golden (as in Buddha-Perfect). An adverse aspect to Aldebaran is said to have a negative effect on vision. As we know, sight and vision are issues with some people on this planet, and I don’t mean they need glasses. And as most of us are also aware, Western Astrology observes Antares as the Heart of the Scorpion and associates it with untimely death, inheritances and organized crime.

The Taurus-Scorpius polarity is the occult root of the obvious problems on this planet. Hardly anybody who is not brain-dead needs glasses to see what is and has been going on around here that has suddenly become completely unacceptable and worse — intolerable to free-thinking human and other Galactic and Universal beings.

These issues are being addressed by the Cosmos at this time in no uncertain terms as the Sun and Moon oppose each other bringing red giants Aldebaran and Antares into the Eclipse admixture.

There will be some serious energy flying around after this Eclipse. Don’t let the “all sweetness & light” preachers convince you that Heaven-on-Earth is going to float down from the skies without a lot of pain and anguish having to be gotten through between now and then.

The Promises that are making the rounds in all quadrants of the Internet Universe need to be backed up by our actions! Otherwise we’re just turning ourselves over to another administration of controllers and putting new faces in charge of doing what we don’t want to be bothered with doing. Is that what you want?

Ophiuchus symbolizes and represents the manifestation of a Divine Gift — a way to break the seal on the Fixed Cross.

They are also each linked to a specific star. The north Watchtower is Fomalhaut, the east is Aldebaran, Regulus marks the south, and Antares is the west. Archangels are also used; the North/Earth Watchtower is Uriel, the East/Air Watchtower is Raphael, the South/Fire Watchtower is Michael, and the West/Water Watchtower is Gabriel.

Perhaps the kind of work that has to be done now calls for the Ophiuchus Star Shamans to work their magic. The ability to do this type of game-changing work is what gives rise to feelings of fear and terror in those who sense this power in us. Have you ever wondered why some people who have no reason not to like you seem to shy away from you as though they’ve just seen a ghost or something? Not everyone can bring themselves to touch spiders and snakes let alone battle with lower world entities like we do.

Students of Magic and the Spiritual Tarot may have special insight into the problems of working with the occult tools to change the current system and should be quick to agree that as long as the 4 Kerubs remain as they have been, Humanity will continue on the track it is on, programmed to be ruled by fear of love and death. One of the Kerubs may be pictured as an Eagle but on our Zodiac Belt it is symbolized by Fixed Zodiac Sign Scorpio — which is not, may I point out, an Eagle.

This is one of the occult Mysteries, and now is the Time for that Mystery to be de-mystified. Ophiuchus is the vehicle for that de-mystification.

The 13th Zodiac Constellation Ophiuchus changes the Fixed Sign Quaternary, having interfered with the Scorpion (the sign of “letting go” as Taurus is the sign of “having and holding”) by virtue of the fact that it is now the predominant constellation in that sector of the Zodiac Belt, more powerful in every way, and ultimately virtuous.

Who says Astrology can’t be changed? The people who designed the current occult system? Has anybody asked the poor dismembered Scorpion if it wouldn’t rather reincarnate as Ophiuchus’s Southern Serpent of Light Wisdom?

If I told you the answer to that question is ‘yes’ would you believe me? You’d be a fool if you believed me without unearthing your own proof. This is no time to place our blind faith in any assertions made without conducting adequate research and investigation. It does happen to be true however. Ask any of the true Scorpio natives who have found me. They say they’ve been looking for me because they know where they’re from and what their new form is but Astrology doesn’t resonate with their vision of the Truth about themselves.

Relevant Occult Symbolism ~ Mars

According to Ancient Wisdom, the energy of a sign does not lie in the body of stars but in the “Planetary Intelligence” that speaks for that sign. In the case of Scorpio, that Planetary Intelligence would be Mars.

The Tarot trump at right shows us a number of symbols we can identify as having been triggered by the Eclipse set that began on May 20. It suggests why Ophiuchus may have needed to step outside the Stonehenge Circle this time. Maybe the Partial Lunar Eclipse isn’t exactly a Sacred Circle occasion.

A structure that has long been established needs to be brought down– in this case one of the Towers, which is what the Tarot Trump at right is named for. The author of this deck subtitled this card The Blasted Tower. This trump is ruled by Mars.

Checking the actual location of Mars just for good measure we find it is currently transiting Constellation Leo, aligned with Delta Leo (Zosma). It is probably not a cosmic coincidence that Mars happens to be there since Leo is also one of the 4 Astrological Kerub signs (check the list above).

If you’ve been reading everything you could get your hands on to learn about the Astrological significance of the 13th Zodiac Constellation you know Mars is an organic and natural ally of Ophiuchus and that as a by-product of this new alliance Mars has already experienced a sort of metamorphosis changing its settings from scorpionic to serpentine. Only Time stands in the way of this Tower’s implosion.

Relevant Occult Symbolism ~ the Eye of the Bull

No longer contained inside the capstone of a pyramid on the back of the USA’s paper currency we notice the All-Seeing Eye on The Tower card is the color of red giant fixed star Aldebaran, the Red Eye of the Bull Kerub in Taurus. The Eye brings a bolt of lightning down from Heaven to strike the Tower.

How do we justify this interpretation of the imagery in the context of the planetary aspects around the Partial Lunar Eclipse?

If we were living in bright times we might read the Eye of the Bull as being Golden. But in light of the aspect to Antares I think it’s clear we should read the Eye as red today fitting the mood of the Tower card.

Let’s see what other fitting symbols we can find, if any.

More Relevant Occult Symbolism ~ the Serpent & the Dove

The rich symbolism of The Tower card also includes a talking serpent that appears to be speaking to one of several geometrical beings in the act of escaping from a burning, collapsing building. I wish I knew what the snake was saying.

The serpent is talking through something that looks like a black sun. (Or could that be the May 20th Annular Eclipse?) A giant mouth with shark’s teeth opens and belches fire so that the geometric figures diving out of their collapsing burning building symbolize ideas more than actual people. The symbolism further suggests it’s not only God who is displeased with this Tower. Destruction is also being brought by the Lower World, represented by the thing on the ground at the base of the Tower.

I don’t want to think about where these people are going to land, and I don’t think they’ve thought about it either. Maybe they shouldn’t have cloned, bundled and sold good peoples’ mortgages together to steal the homes of hard working honest people and then ripped their jobs out from under them. Perhaps global planners should have been content with the level of luxury the common people allowed them to have for the bother, privilege and responsibility of caring for great numbers of human beings depending upon their wise judgment in matters of planetary well-keeping.

Things can’t be all-bad though. There’s a dove up there flying around with an olive branch in its beak. So let’s hope the folks in the Tower reach for the proffered branch to avoid having to face what’s waiting for them after they’ve escaped the burning building.

The Ophiuchus Solution

At right is a profoundly insightful Tarot trump that gives us a preview of the goal we’re aiming to achieve. This card was designed and painted sometime between 1938 and 1943. Constellation Ophiuchus was officially created in 1930. Did the author of this deck have Ophiuchus awareness?

I don’t know but he died on December 2, 1947 with the Sun and Jupiter in Constellation Ophiuchus, combust and aligned with Antares, and also comet C/1947 X1-A, The Great Southern Comet which was so close to the Sun on December 2 it wasn’t discovered until December 7th. So we can safely assume this man’s life and works are replete with untold mysteries that even his own followers have failed to properly decode unless they are Astronomy-Astrologers and Ophiuchus advocates too.

At the Harmonic Convergence, we were notified all frequencies were to be changed incrementally beginning with the mid-August 1987 event.

The cosmos is signalling that this is a Lucky Day for those of us who have embraced the new zodiac dragon-serpent and goddess energy combinations as welcomed relief from the constant threat of death and malevolence hanging over our heads like some dark cloud that didn’t seem to want to go away of its own accord. But as sure as day follows night, the Light of Goddess Sophia-Wisdom has arrived.

The zone of greatest effect is where the Eclipse is visible and the shadow falls to ground. Note in particular that most of this Eclipse, like the last one, is widely visible in the Continental USA.

Promises Promises (but no guarantees)

Here’s another old saying we are fond of on this planet: No fine wine before its time.

Success for the Forces of Light has been promised and we are feeling good about that. But it’s up to Humanity to bring out the best in themselves to make the most of the difficult-to-handle situations catalyzed by these celestial alignments because technically things could go either way. It’s a Free Will Universe and the choice is still up to us as to which way we want our species to go.

The situation is still quite dire. No advanced specie is going to allow humanity to unseat its leadership and run rampant as emotionally and spiritually mangled as we are. Seriously, can any of us afford to relax and just enjoy the ride? Does this feel like a Party to you?

There is a boat load of work to be done and those who are not afraid of hard work will inherit the opportunity to steward Earth with joy and love. Occupy Wall Street says it represents the 99% but how many of us are truly ready to stand up for the USA and demonstrate We the People are prepared to rise to the occasion?

Hence the significance of the cosmic focus on Constellation Taurus at this time in the form of the transits of Jupiter, Sun, Mercury and Venus in Taurus, the two Eclipses and the Venus Transit.

Meanwhile, on the Scorpio side of the Zodiac Circle the role Ophiuchus plays in the original birth chart of the USA has been relentless and should be apparent to Astrologers who take the time to review the evidence and compare it to the focus our leaders and citizens have placed on such issues as health care, money mismanagement, and biological warfare to name just a few.

During the week of the Eclipse and the Venus Transit, many in the USA will be going to the polls to vote in primary elections. My state, California, will be going to the polls on June 5. This Eclipse and the Venus Transit will certainly have a profound effect on these geopolitical events.

End of the Eclipse

As the Eclipse ends at 13:18:17 UT (obviously a key hour of the day), the celestial sphere leaves us with phenomenal body language.

In the screen capture above we see the beginnings of a most extraordinary alignment occurring at the very end of the Eclipse.

• Due East in Virgo at 180.8162° (the September Equinox point is 180°)
• Due West in Pisces at 000.8162° (the March Equinox point is 000°)
• Due North in Hercules at 271.4855° (the December Solstice point would be 270°)
• Due South in Columba the Dove at 091.4855° (the June Solstice point would be 090°)

Didn’t we see a Dove with an Olive Branch in its beak flying across the flaming sky in The Tower card?

This formation is referred to as a Mutable Cross. It is also a form of the Galactic Holy Cross since the coordinates of Due North and Due South transferred to the Ecliptic Plane fall at the Solstice points where the Galactic Equator meets the Ecliptic Plane.

• The Moon is in the middle of Constellation Ophiuchus and aligned with Kappa Ophiuchus (Helkath, “the battlefield”) – another element that is obviously in sync with the theme of the Tower card
• The Earth Shadow is at the end of its transit of Constellation Ara the Altar

The appearance of the Earth Shadow leaving the Altar constellation implies there may have been a sacrifice conducted during the Eclipse. Perhaps a burnt sacrifice instead of a bloody sacrifice for a change as suggested by The Tower card we selected to symbolize what the Partial Lunar Eclipse may be presaging.

And now we need to shift gears. The stage is set for the 2012 Venus Transit that follows immediately upon the heels of the Partial Lunar Eclipse in Constellation Ophiuchus.

Venus (Greek: Aphrodite; Babylonian: Ishtar) is the goddess of love and beauty. The planet is so named probably because it is the brightest of the planets known to the ancients. (With a few exceptions, the surface features on Venus are named for female figures.)

Venus has been known since prehistoric times. It is the brightest object in the sky except for the Sun and the Moon. Like Mercury, it was popularly thought to be two separate bodies: Eosphorus as the morning star and Hesperus as the evening star, but the Greek astronomers knew better. (Venus’s apparition as the morning star is also sometimes called Lucifer.)

Venus’ rotation is somewhat unusual in that it is both very slow (243 Earth days per Venus day, slightly longer than Venus’ year) and retrograde. (Retrograde is rotation or orbital motion in a clockwise direction when viewed from above the north pole.) In addition, the periods of Venus’ rotation and of its orbit are synchronized such that it always presents the same face toward Earth when the two planets are at their closest approach. Whether this is a resonance effect or merely a coincidence is not known.

This essay explains why Venus is known as the Goddess of Love despite the statistics that picture her physical planetary body as uninhabitable from a human perspective.

This teaches us that all is not as it seems on the surface and that the astronomers who originally named the planet had named it so for a reason that has somehow escaped the notice of our modern astronomy scientists. Personally I’m amazed at the disconnection and denial by astronomers of the magical and sentient nature of Life in the Universe given the obvious hard evidence provided by such astral phenomena as the Venus Transit.

Oh well.

Astronomy View of the 2012 Venus Transit

The transit or passage of a planet across the face of the Sun is a relatively rare occurrence. As seen from Earth, only transits of Mercury and Venus are possible.

On average, there are 13 transits of Mercury each century. In contrast, transits of Venus occur in pairs with more than a century separating each pair.

The last Venus transit was in 2004 so the second event of the pair will occur on Wednesday, June 6 (Tuesday, June 5 from the Western Hemisphere). The entire event will be widely visible from the western Pacific, eastern Asia and eastern Australia. Most of North and Central America, and northern South America will witness the beginning of the transit (on June 5) but the Sun will set before the event ends. Similarly, observers in Europe, western and central Asia, eastern Africa and western Australia will see the end of the event since the transit will already be in progress at sunrise from those locations.

Ophiuchus in the Sacred Circle for the 2012 Venus Transit

Again we’ll default to our location at Stonehenge for viewing the 2012 Venus Transit. The starting date of the Transit from Stonehenge is June 5. The First Contact point occurs at 22:09:38 UT.

And by the way, Venus is currently retrograde, so this fact must be factored into our Astrological interpretations because it alters the metaphysical view of Venus considerably.

We should not be too surprised to find that once again Constellation Ophiuchus is the predominating figure inside the Sacred Circle.

To review, the cosmic energies for these three days in June 2012 began with the Partial Lunar Eclipse on June 4 during which time Ophiuchus was on the outside of the Sacred Circle at Stonehenge.

If there is one thing we’re all learning together as we explore Astronomy-Astrology, Timing is everything.

At Contact point I as you can see from the screen capture at right the very last square inch of Constellation Ophiuchus has just barely entered the Sacred Circle at Stonehenge.

The Moon as we see is applying to a conjunction with (Dwarf Planet) Pluto Rx and Alpha Lyra (Vega). A 3-way alignment will come into effect via Equatorial coordinates (Right Ascension) during the “Greatest” phase and perfect itself before Venus reaches the Contact III point.

At 03:04:06 UT (inside the “Greatest” phase) Alpha Scorpius will disappear over the horizon along with the southwest corner stars of  Ophiuchus as the more southernmost stars of the constellation begin to set.

Constellation Lyra, in case you did not know, is a neighbor to the source field of one of this planet’s most troublesome reptilian races, Constellation Draco — or so it has been said.

According to stories being told to us today by those who claim to Know, the Lyrans have a firm stake in Humanity’s destiny as they have also contributed substantially to the DNA and culture of the human race.

Hence the Rx Pluto-Moon alignment with Vega inside the Stonehenge Circle is significant for Light Work during the Venus Transit and facilitates quality contact with representatives of any number of star cultures working with us at this Time.

Jupiter, for instance, is aligned with The Pleiades. This creates a huge opening for contact with the Pleiadeans at a vibrational rate that is physical plane-friendly.

Without throwing caution totally to the winds, the energy inside the Stonehenge Circle is perfect throughout the whole of the Venus Transit window for meditating on the successful metamorphosis and transition of those negative reptilians, serpentine, and draconic individuals who may still be unable to accept the inevitable coming of the Light to this planet. Those who are unable to change will be dealt with organically according to Universal Law. Since the planet and her species are evolving, all must evolve one way or another. That’s just how it is though some people and other species don’t quite get that.

The Ecliptic Longitude of the Sun during the Venus Transit is 075.7637°. To find the other end of an invisible line bisecting the Zodiac Circle add 180° to that figure and find that the opposite Zodiac degree is 255.7637°. The midpoint of Constellation Ophiuchus along the Zodiac Belt where the Sun normally appears to travel (from Earth’s view) is 257°.

The Solar Logos of this Star System may direct plasma where it Wills but aside from that She fundamentally shines Her Light in all directions. On this particular solar day however, if She should choose to send a plasma kiss in the general direction of Constellation Ophiuchus She will find gathered there in front of the Serpent Holder constellation not one but three Planetary bodies: Venus, the Earth’s Moon and the Earth, all three aspects of the Divine Feminine symbolizing Love, Light & Shadows, and Life.

It is the field of stars behind these planets as viewed from the Solar perspective that is telling the real story here. As the Venus Transit ends, from the viewpoint of the Solar Logos, the triple conjunction of Earth, Moon and Venus will have teamed up with Kappa Ophiuchus, Helkath (the battlefield) to bring cleansing, healing Spirit Fire to further catalyze a situation that needs to be finally brought to a head and cleared so that Healing and Wisdom can flow and function properly and deservedly so.
