Ophiuchus & September Equinox 2012 at Stonehenge

We have become so accustomed to seeing Constellation Ophiuchus take a prominent place in the sky during Equinox and Solstice that by now we take it for granted.

The truth is that Ophiuchus is caught up in a rare set of Archaeoastronomy alignments to Stonehenge. The sequence began in 2011 and will continue through 2012 and on into 2013 as we shall see when March Equinox rolls around 6 months from now.

Archaeoastronomy (definition):

The branch of archaeology that deals with the apparent use by prehistoric civilizations of astronomical techniques to establish the seasons or the cycle of the year, especially as evidenced in the construction of megaliths and other ritual structures.

If you know the location of the Milky Way Galaxy Center in relation to Constellation Ophiuchus (shown below) then you can put 2 and 2 together easily enough to see that these appearances of Ophiuchus in the Sacred Circle at Stonehenge are a product of the ongoing alignment-in-process of Earth and our Solar System with Galaxy Center.

The target date for the perfection of this alignment has been given as December 21, 2012. 

Based on this fact alone we could safely call Ophiuchus the Premier “Sign of the Times”. But for now, although Ophiuchus brings a Universe of gifts to the table, we’ll just stay focused on the Equinox theme for today.

Constellation Ophiuchus as Milky Way Galaxy “Guardian”

We refer to the machinery or clockworks of the Universe matter-of-factly as being the Intelligent Design of a Grand Master Architect of the Universe. But it takes getting into a Planetarium program you can easily move around in to get a full appreciation of how mind boggling and precise the machinery truly is.

Let me take you on a mini tour of what the sky would look like from inside the Stonehenge Circle if the stars were visible in broad daylight at 14:49 UT on September Equinox.

A seemingly insignificant detail leads to a mammoth discovery.

Notice in the sky map at right how the Southeastern Horizon (red line) cuts across the lower corner of the constellation Ophiuchus boundary.

You would have to zoom in to confirm that literally the last minute of Constellation Ophiuchus is coming up on the Horizon as viewed from Stonehenge. When I did so to confirm whether the whole of the constellation had formally entered the Stonehenge Circle, it led to my remembering the fact that the center of our Milky Way Galaxy — unmarked in our Planetarium programs — lies as you see “at the Feet of the Master”, which is what I call this area of the sky for reasons that would be obvious to anyone who has read enough of my writings about Constellation Ophiuchus to appreciate the reasoning.

As you can see in the drawing at right, the Archer (known in ancient times as Chiron the Centaur) is aiming his arrow at Galaxy Center which lies on the Galactic Equator (the blue line in the sky map above).

Notice in particular how close Galaxy Center is to the stinger tail stars of Scorpio the lethal Zodiac Scorpion. Yikes!

Raise your hand if you already know that until recently Scorpio, Earth’s Harbinger of Death & Taxes has been the Galaxy’s 12th House Zodiac Sign (from Earth’s point of view).

Well, now that Constellation Ophiuchus has come out of the closet to take its place in full waking consciousness on our Zodiac Belt, the Galaxy finally has a champion in the Galactic 12th House — or to be more precise, we can see from the Galactic perspective Ophiuchus is indeed a literal “13th Sign” equipped to battle any and all agents of war, pestilence, disease, murderous death and destruction that are a product of the past and unfortunately current Human disposition. “Life on Earth” has become not only hazardous to Human health but Toxic for the Galaxy and the Universe-at-large. For anyone who has heard the numerous channeled references to Earth being in “Quarantine,” this phraseology is cosmic confirmation that the Doctor is In the House.

September Equinox Synchronizes Celestial & Terrestrial Time

The September Equinox this year culminates at: 14:49 UTC (not Daylight Saving Time). The Zenith of the Sky over Stonehenge at that time is 14h49m Right Ascension (Constellation Boötes, the Herdsman).

I did some checking around to make sure I wasn’t getting excited over this number match-up without sufficient scientific justification. What I discovered is that this time synchronization does seem to be a phenomenon attached to the September Equinox event at Stonehenge.

It turns out that UTC clock time mirrors the celestial time (hours and minutes of Right Ascension) at Zenith every year on September Solstice — but apparently only at latitudes and longitudes near or at Stonehenge. To be more precise, the Right Ascension component of the Zenith coordinates doesn’t even match the UTC Time at London! So unless further research turns up something I’ve missed, this Time Check at September Equinox viewed from Stonehenge is kind of a WOW.

So here today while you read and witness the process I went through to figure out why these numbers were identical is yet another piece of evidence to add to our Working Hypothesis that Stonehenge was built where it is for cosmic reasons most of us may not yet fully comprehend — but we’re figuring it out bit by bit and we will get there!

Special Pre-12/21/12 Galaxy Center Alignments

The Moon is Waxing in Constellation Sagittarius and rises at 13:45:39 UTC. Equinox is at 14:49. After Sunset the Moon will achieve First Quarter phase (19:41 UTC). As Sun reaches the Equinoctial Point, the Moon is low on the horizon but very much inside the Circle at Stonehenge.

Compare these coordinates of the Moon at Equinox:

• Waxing Moon Rising in Sagittarius: 267.8188 Ecliptic Lon. | 17h50m36.58s Right Ascension
• Coordinates of Galactic Center: 267.0172 Ecliptic Lon. | 17h46m25.68s Right Ascension

As you can see from the sky maps above, the Moon and Galaxy Center are above the Horizon (the red line) in the Southeast, meaning they have both “Risen” with Sagittarius and entered the Sacred Circle while their alignment was in the process of culminating. Hence they act dynamically to align and synchronize the Galaxy and Universe with the Solar System via the New Earth Supercomputer at Stonehenge.

Contemplate in particular the sheer magnitude of the cosmic power that must be being generated by the three most significant Lights in Earth’s local Solar System sky — the Sun, Moon, and Milky Way Galaxy Center — as these multi-dimensional alignment processes are being dynamically completed simultaneously while all are inside the Stonehenge Circle.

Let there be no question that all Life on our planet is being attuned and ready for whatever is on the way come December 21, 2012.

Ophiuchus, The Burning Tower, and The Doppelgänger Universe

Incoming Signature Planetary Influences on Sept Equinox 2012

Setting the overt tone for the last quarter of the Astrological year is the location of our Solar Star in Constellation Virgo. We have already discussed the Time Synchronization phenomenon between the exact time of September Equinox and the hours and minutes of Right Ascension of the Zenith at Stonehenge. There is another alignment we’ll add to this growing list of September Equinox phenomena — and that is the alignment of the Equinoctial point with the North Galactic Pole (incredibly true — see coordinates below).

Finally, both Mercury, the “planetary ruler” of Virgo, and the Solar Star are in an area of the sky known as the Coma-Virgo X-Ray/Radio Galaxy Streaming — that’s a label I coined to impart the essence of what that area of the sky contains — it’s a river of galaxies seemingly being poured down onto the Zodiac Belt out of the Big Dipper.

That describes the essence of the raw power overhead at Equinox over Stonehenge. And that also describes the energies pouring in to your Chakra System, specifically funding the upper Chakras.

That part of the sky which is visible from inside the Stonehenge Circle — all that is above the Horizon — is the “top half” of the sky relating metaphorically and occultly to the top half of your body.

The Zenith (top of the sky) corresponds to and coordinates with the Crown Chakra, Soul Star Chakra, and Stellar Gateway Chakra).

The physical body is the only one stuck having to wait to be snail-mailed. Don’t forget, you don’t have to wait for Equinox either. You can go there right now or you can go afterwards if you missed Equinox. All you have to do is use the Fourth and Fifth Dimensions which are trans-linear Time.

Now let’s add more to the picture. Let’s add the Grounding component, or the energy that would be coming up to meet you from the center of the Earth Mother’s central Atoma (or Heart-Core) in reference to the unseen portion of the sky (below the Horizon).

The Nadir (or bottom of the sky) is the point opposite the Zenith. At the bottom of the sky we find a projection of the Earth Shadow. We can use this as a point of reference to plot the relative location of the Earth against the backdrop of Space from the Sun’s point of view. And using this coordinate we can connect the stars below our feet where the Earth Shadow lies with the Root or Base Chakra and the Earth Star Chakra.

The Clock is Ticking …

We have been counting the days until December 21, 2012 for decades or longer, many of us wondering if this date is going to live up to the hype. From where I sit, I say it will.

The location of the Earth Shadow in Constellation Horologium speaks volumes. From what we’ve already seen of the “Cosmic Timing” theme of September Equinox 2012, it’s a logical presumption that the Earth Shadow in Constellation Horologium is marking September Equinox as the day when all of our Cosmic and Biological Clocks will be synchronized with the Earth Mother’s Clock Tower (the megalith array at Stonehenge) and the countdown will begin in earnest.

As the first click of a stopwatch starts the clock running, the second click will stop it. That click will occur on December 21, 2012 at 11:11 UTC.¹

If you are Grounded and Centered “on location” at Stonehenge and meditating on (not at) the Exact Time given for September Equinox 2012, and you’re reasonably “sensitive”, you should be able to feel this coordination and synchronization process taking place in your body.

Key Planet-Star Alignments

Here are the main alignment indicators that are giving us insight into what the cosmic energies portend for the last quarter of 2012 as we lean in to December 21.

We are still deep into planetary cleansing and detoxing. Humanity has been moving steadily into healthier realms of thought and feeling. We still have a long way to go. Is there somebody out there with a Magic Wand big enough to make all of the bad stuff go away? Or do we still have to do the homework and walk the walk?

The Celestial Sphere is saying that measurements have been taken. Humanity’s collective Spiritual Will has been sampled. Our Intention has been recorded.

The direction in which Humanity will be moving from this point forward will be in accord with that sampling and the Plan.

Whose Plan that is I do not know and will not venture to guess.

Whether all of Humanity will be moving in the same direction or whether some will be “re-homed” is not a question that I care to attempt to answer either.

What I’m saying is that Time has expired for people to turn over a new leaf or change sides. And it is not given to me to know or take a guess at what the final outcome will be. There are plenty of people making all sorts of projections and disappointing people all over the place. I don’t want to go there.

All I know is that the date we’ve all been anticipating is literally right around the corner — THIS corner — since the next mark is December Solstice on December 21, 2012. And the realities of that date will be what they are — whatever that turns out to be.

The Earth Mother is making her final preparations based on energetic input from the Sun, Moon, Center of the Galaxy and the inner ring planets (Sun through Mars), all of which will be overhead and “inside the Sacred Circle” at Stonehenge at the moment September Equinox culminates. The implication of this is that the final Quarter of 2012 will be focused on people and their routine interactions with a particular emphasis on:

• Health, work & service to the planet and humanity (Sun-Mercury-Saturn in Virgo)
• Relationships (Mars in Libra)
• Who we are spiritually when nobody is looking (Sagittarius Moon waxing to First Quarter)

Yes, Earth Mother is locked and loaded and ready for Her experience of the final Quarter of 2012, aided and assisted by Ophiuchus, the Divine Physician, the Serpent Goddesses and Sophia, the Serpent of Wisdom.
